Bonjour French Parents

We have been busy!  French 1 is finishing up Chapter 1 with classroom vocabulary, expressions, and accents/abc.  We will go to the tech lab Monday for Real World and Tuesday we will have a quiz covering the vocabulary in section 2. 
French 2 just finished up their review today!  Yay!  We are all so happy to be able to move on to brand new material.  Next week, we will begin studying food and ordering in a cafe!  We love this chapter!  French 2 is also going to the lab Monday to work on Real World. 
French 3 is in the midst of reading a book called Destination France.  We will continue with this book next week as well.  We are also really enjoying our time with the 6th grade classes.  This week we taught them numbers 1-20 and will continue next week with more numbers, days of the week and months of the year.

A couple of reminders:  I have extended the French Club dues to Monday.  They are $5.  Also, if your child sells just 1 magazine for the school, they will receive a 100 quiz grade in French.  If you would, just send a note to me letting me know.  Do not forget to sign up to receive blog updates so you can be informed and see pictures, etc...of what's going on in our classroom.
